These awards recognise customer centric businesses driven by effective leadership and an engaged workforce to achieve consistent growth and strong financial performance, surpassing the expectations of customers, leading standards of service and continually innovating to enhance the customer experience.

Who should enter:
This category is open to any business who is a service-based organisation; providing a customer centric based service, either offering tangible or intangible goods

For example: Retail outlets, service providers (beauticians, hairdressers, etc.) hospitality ventures, bars/cafes/restaurants, catering companies, accommodation providers, travel agents, tour companies, transport providers, financial services, legal firms, architects, engineers, designers, HR/recruitment, PR & communications, fitness professionals, construction companies, trade business (builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc)

Business size:

Small Enterprise [under 15 FTEs]
Medium/Large Enterprise [15 or more FTEs]

  • Talk us through the types of business growth you experienced.
